MicroScanner™ PoE cuts through the confusion of your PoE installation by providing swift and simple PoE verification.

The tester detects the available PoE class (0-8) in accordance to the latest PoE standards and displays the voltage from passive PoE sources. Everything cable technicians need to know, including available services (up to 10G Ethernet), cable length, wiremap, cable ID, and distance to fault are all shown on the LCD screen.

Built-in IntelliTone digital and analog toning precisely locates virtually any cable or wire pair – even on active networks.

The ergonomic design features sleek rubber overmold to enhance grip and ruggedness.

1. On/off key.
2. Turns on the toner.
3. Starts the cable test.
4. Starts the Power over Ethernet test.
5. Scrolls through screens and changes settings. In toner mode, this key cycles through the IntelliTone and analog toner songs. For additional modes, hold down keys while turning the tester on:
• Lets you calibrate length measurements and select meters or feet as the length unit. 
• Activates a demonstration mode where the tester shows examples of test result screens.

          Note

• Auto shutoff is disabled in demonstration mode.
• Displays the version and serial number screens.

maximum class of PoE available (802.3 classes 0 through 
8).
