BNPTM350J embedded flat film transmitter uses flat film to directly feel pressure signal, USES diffused silicon pressure core as sensitive element, and USES standard silicon oil or olive oil as pressure transfer medium.The measuring end is made of 316L stainless steel and welded flush isolation film, which is compact in structure and corrosion-resistant, and can prevent scaling, unsanitary and sticky pressure blockage, etc. It is especially suitable for measuring sticky fluid pressure and liquid level with hygienic requirements in medical and food industry.
The BNPTM350J differs from the BNPTM350 in that the BNPTM350J replaces the disposable oil filling with a diaphragm of the pressure core. The bottom of the pressure core is exposed as a force surface in contact with the medium. The core is welded with stainless steel threads. , commonly known as "fake flat film", the overall test results of flat film products can be achieved, in the case of cost savings, it can be a good replacement for disposable oil-filled products.
