Installation Instructions

(1)This product can be directly installed on the pipeline (or on the container wall) by using the M20 × 1.5 interface.The front end of the thread should be sealed with a copper pad or nylon pad. In addition, the flat membranesensing head of the threaded front end of the cavityless pressure transmitter cannot touch the front end and the side wall of the mounting portion. Otherwise it will affect the performance of the pressure transmitter.
(2)When measuring a medium with an excessively high temperature, an impulse pipe or other cooling device should be used to reduce the temperature to the temperature range of the pressure transmitter.
(3)When installing in the open air, the transmitter should be placed in a dry and ventilated place as much as possible to avoid direct exposure to strong light and rain, otherwise it will cause poor performance or failure.
(4)If there is no output or abnormal output of the transmitter after installation, please check:

a.Whether the electrical connection is accurate and firm;
b.Is the power supply voltage too low and the load resistance too large?
